::DO NOT GO HERE FOR CATERING. Go to Newk's or other areas for catering in town. As you can see from other reviews they all relate to delivery. TWO DAYS IN A ROW they messed up the order and were late. They delivered the wrong items or not at all. I ordered $37 worth of water and they forgot it in the order.

::sandwich was made "freaky fast" as advertised and what suprised me the most I get the same sandwich made the same way no matter what location I enjoy at and this location being uptown Charlotte was actually the cheapest. had to ask them twice what my total was lol

::I do not leave a lot of negative comments about places or products but when I do it is because it is absolutely obnoxious and unbelievable negative experience. A sandwich was ordered for delay delivery (for the next day) to a corporate building. There were instructions on who would pick it up and also the buyer's name. The courier called and told me he would be there in a minute. I send a person down. About eight minutes later of calling back and forth with the person waiting downstairs I finally tell her to come back up. I call the courier and he already delivered the sandwich to someone name "Brittany or something"- not even close. I told him he gave the sandwich to the wrong person and his reply was "Well, when I told you I was going to be there in a minute I really meant it." So apparently it is my fault since I could not get down into the lobby quick enough. He continued to argue with me and I hung up and called the manager. The manager didn't seem like he wanted to be annoyed with complaints and was not listening when I had to repeatedly correct him with names and addresses. When the courier called again he had an attitude and argued with me AGAIN! Called the manager to let me know what happened, again, and he seemed to be not happy to hear from me again and wanted this conversation over. This "be there in one minute" thing turned into 30 minutes of debacle and wasted time. Not ok.

::The service today was terrible! I ordered expecting it to be freaky fast but it was freaking slow!!! 53 minutes passed before my order was delivered this is after I called An was told to expect it I’m 10 minutes after having already waited 15 minutes. I feel like management needs to look into this issue and address it. I was given 1 hour 15 minutes today during a class for a lunch break and had to rudely eat during my speakers presentation due to the service.

::This place is to be avoided. The past few times I have ordered the food takes around an hour to get here...freaky fast, more like freaky slow. I will just get off my butt and walk to subway or jersey mikes if I really want a sandwich...I could be there, eat, go get a coffee and still be back quicker than it would take my one sandwich to arrive. Tack on the extra $3.00 for a delivery fee and their awful customer service when you go in person...I gave them a second chance after they kept leaving my food at the front desk(unmanned..just an empty desk that they thought "I should leave food here") but I wont be giving a third.
