  Service was fast, just like the commercials say, there was ample room, even the bread was amazing!

  I'm really disappointed, after delivering to my apartment twice before I guess the "manager" informs me that I'm just a little bit out of there range for delivery. Ummm ok well I'm sorry to the people who wanted to make some money cause I got you all in trouble I guess. If I'm just a little out of it and you've delivered to me twice with no problem, then what is the problem?

  I live less than a mile away and yet it somehow always takes at least half an hour for delivery. There have also been three occasions where I pay the extra 1.50 for avocado but never receive it on my sandwich. Once, fine, I get it, you're busy. Three times? Not okay with me and thus, the two stars. I have to wait (when it supposedly should come so fast I freak) for a sub to arrive incomplete. Not happy.

  Waited an hour to have the food delivered. Ordered it at 12:10 and didn't arrive till 1:13. If that was the case, I would have just ordered something else to be delivered. When I called to ask where my order is, they said it would be 10- 15 more minutes and then hung up on me. Didn't apologize at all. Delivery driver handed me the sandwich, said here you go and walked away. I could understand being backed up. But at least act like you care. Won't be ordering again for a very long time.
