::Okay. We have searched and tried other locations, constantly getting disappointed, but we finally found a new favorite. The service was quick and friendly. Our pizza was great and the cheesy bread was better than the other stores. I know how hard it is to find quality in north Aurora for some reason, but this was the best. Will return.

::I order from a business account and a personal account. Usually everything is almost perfect. From the pizza to the delivery driver. However today was a completely different experience. The deliver driver couldn't find us, he called me and said "Do You Still Want Your Pizza??" Confused, I said yes... and he answered "Well where are you because I cant find you." He parked in the middle of the street, a non parking area, came in to deliver the pizza and was very rude. I was very shocked. THEN, I called the store to complain. The manager Eric I believe his name is, says to me that he has 16 drivers and he thinks it was a mis communication thing. I am baffled by this. He didn't offer to make it better or offered a free pizza, etc. The point is that is not how customer service should be, and it shouldn't be acceptable and that is how the manager made it seem to me. Like he did not care. We will never order from there again.

::About a week ago I earned a free pizza. I am a loyal domino's fan and I have been for years. I just recently moved here and I just happened to have a free pizza due to the points I earned online. However my pizza was never delivered. I have been trying to reach the store but my phone doesn't get good signal here so it cuts out. I tried calling again today and the girl who answered hung up on me I'm sure it's because my phone cut out. I'm trying really hard to get in contact with them but between work and my phone acting up it's proving to be impossible which is why I am posting on here. I'm hoping the store will see this and help me out. I don't want to abandon domino's but if I can't trust my pizza to be delivered who can I trust??

::Very poor customer service, and the pizza isn't great either. According to their "Domino's tracker" the driver left the store at 7:15. An hour later the pizza has yet to arrive. We live less than 10 minutes away from this location. I call and am told because of where we live it adds 30 minutes to the delivery time. This makes no sense. The employee on the phone did not even apologize or offer to call the driver to see where he is. The cold, soggy pizza finally arrived over an hr later. The driver claiming his phone died and he was lost, likely story. Lesson learned, do not order Domino's.

::I love me a good pizza. Domino’s on Colfax usually has a manager’s special so ask for it over the phone, you won’t find it on the website. Last time it was two large one toppings for 20. If you order there it’s about a 15 minute wait. We spent the time in the thrift store next store that looked a bit sketchy but was actually a sweet find. Not as big a selection as Arc but better prices. Any way, as to Domino’s, flavorful crust, and the manager’s special fit our budget.
