  The lady who seems to be the main service representative is friendly. However, when I went in for a standard oil change and air filter replacement, I inquired about an inspection. Due to the most minuscule “tear” on otherwise windshield wipers that are in near-mint condition, I was unable to pass inspection. The tear was less than an inch in length and much less than a millimeter in diameter. It was a very slow morning for them so I have no doubt that they were trying to up-sale their products. It was a very petty request for me to purchase new windshield wipers in order to “pass” inspection due to a tear that was hardly noticeable and much less hazardous to me and other drivers on the road. I then took my vehicle to another automotive garage and it passed inspection even after I pointed out the issue with the wipers. I have been to this Jiffyy Lube on several occasions, but I will never go back as they have proven to be no better than any other automotive shop that pursues profit over integrity.

  Tom was extremely rude. Sunday- Helping one lady with her car, and asked for an inspection. Tom just yelled “not here. Not on Sunday” then just ignored me and wouldn’t answer any of my questions. Sorry I bothered you for doing your job Tom. Employees working and they refused service. Don’t be open if you aren’t going to serve anyone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

  Took my car last week and my daughter’s this week. Always great service, great people working at this site. Never have to worry that they’ll pressure you to do more work on your car. Have been going to the Lamar location for about 4 years. Not familiar about any of the others. Very highly recommend it!

  I’m traveling the country in my truck and always check out the highest rated place for an oil change and Laura at Jiffy Lube here did not disappoint! Nice and thorough and pumped up our tires. Found a $15 coupon from googling.
