  I had an emergency with my Jeep Wrangler the front bearings were going out and I needed to get repaired FAST! I pulled into Austin Automotive and was met with professionalism and the service writer JT actually shopped the part I needed around town and saved me an additional 40bucks in my bill!! I also had a water pump repaired there a month earlier and they were 300 less than the place down the street!! GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED!!

  Went to get new spark plugs and/or coils and after quickly glancing under the hood they realized it was a simple fix & all they had to do was reconnect the vacuum hose to a valve. Some other auto centers would have still done the unnecessary work and charged me hundreds but JT was super helpful and professional. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone in Austin.

  Stopped by AAS today and had a great experience. I know nothing about cars and stopped by when the hood of my car wouldn't shut. They were very kind and very professional and helped me out right away when I got there, coming out to my car in this incredibly hot and humid weather. Had it fixed in minutes and sent me on my way. Will definitely go there again for future needs and services.

  We believed we were having a battery/alternator issue. We were actually late to our appointment, but we were still greeted as if we had been there on time. It turns out that we didn't have a problem, that there was a piece missing that was causing the battery to move around, but were told it wasn't anything major *cue sighs of relief*. Normally when we take our car anywhere, people find problems, or create a problem. This wasn't the case here! They were extremely honest and it was so highly appreciated! They even aired up our tires and suggested a place to get some new wheels! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs car work done!
