  The service here is really fast and the people are really helpful. The Groupon for the signature oil change is what I do here regularly which is awesome. The ensure to get the car cleaned and vacuumed too. Once when I had my car charger socket fuse blown they also got it fixed for free. Plus they have a free WiFi in the nice waiting room they have. Pretty awesome!

  Super awesome service! Went in for my state inspection and they were fast to get it done! The only thing that took a minute was their printer, it didn’t want to print! They fixed it and I was on my way! Staff was super nice and apologetic about the printer, but even with that wait I wasn’t there that long!

  Gave me service I did not need. 2.5 stars if that was an option. I came in for an oil change and was informed that my vehicle may need other services as recommended based on mileage. I was told I was due for an Automatic Transmission Fluid change and a Brake Fluid Change. I keep meticulous records for me and my wife's vehicles but they were in the glove box and I could not remember what might have been done at a full-service establishment or the dealership the past 24 months. So, I agreed to the brake fluid change/service and would put off the transmission service. They were OK with that. After everything was done I felt a bit icky, like I had been oversold. I looked at my records while getting the vehicle washed and 'what do you know...'. We had some brake and wheel bearing issues that needed to be fixed at a full service garage in December 2017 and they had also knocked out the CVT (transmission fluid) drain and fill and the brake fluid service drain and fill. This was only 6,000 miles previous to the trip to Jiffy Lube today. So, either the tech that inspected my brake fluid couldn't tell it was 5 months old or they just offer it to everyone? It may also be that it is really hard to tell from what brake fluid 'looks like' whether it even needs to be changed. My experience has always been to check the records because it always feels like young techs will recommended any fluid change. Anyway, looks like I paid $70 for something I didn't need. I will try to be more confrontational or stoic in my resolve next time...or maybe just head somewhere else for my oil change. Have the receipts to verify all of this.   Great customer service. Quick, efficient, and without hassle. Easily the best JL I've been to in years. I came here over a year ago and it was terrible, whatever they've done to turn things around is working.
