  If you have a flat tire or your tires need to be rotated you might want to go to a different place. Anywhere but discount. Thought it was going to be different this time. Shame on me. I watched 13 people come after me and I watched them leave before me. I even seen a person get a new set of wheels who came after me and then left 30 minutes before me. The only reason I used to go there before was because they are on every corner. But it's the last time I'll use these for service. I'd rather drive 50 miles for better service.

  Wouldn't buy tires anywhere else. Fantastic and friendly service! They were extremely busy but still managed to get me in and out real quick! Fixed a flat and gave me an incredible price on new tires. Jarrod, the store manager, was extremely personable and friendly.

  They do a good job here, but they take a very long time sometimes. I came here one weekday afternoon around 1pm and sat in their lobby for hours waiting for them to fix my flat tire. I didn’t end up leaving until after 5pm. At least they’re polite and friendly and honest.

  Terribly disappointed. I made an appointment for 10:30 a.m. Saturday March 3rd, 2018. When making the appointment, was told store has 7 of my tires in stock. Offered to come in and pay ahead of time, so they don't get sold, was told "no worries, we'll put a hold on them." Great! So, here comes Saturday at 10:30 and wouldn't you know, the store only has 3 of my tires. But, there's one at the Arlington store on Green Oaks. Fantastic. I take my slip of paper and run over to get the tire. Get back to the Bedford store, and not so much as a mention of any sort of discount or at very least gas money. I'm not the kind of person who sees a problem and looks for freebies, but I drove my vehicle to another store to solve a problem I tried to cut off at the pass, and wasn't offered anything. That's a pretty crappy way to treat people.

  Fair pricing and AMAZING customer service!!! I NEVER take the time to write reviews but this place deserves a great one! I just moved here and was looking for a good place to take my car that wouldn’t over charge me or take advantage of me just because I lack knowledge about cars and I can confidently say that this place made me feel comfortable and well taken care of! They even changed one of my tires without charge. And they never for one second made me feel stupid just because I didn’t know what was going on with my car! Very impressed. Thanks Discount Tire!!!
