  Over the past 10yrs I've used them exclusively for both dry cleaning and laundry service since it's location is just 1/4 mile from my house. Never had a bad experience. Friendly and always on time. Of the over 100+ times I've used them there may have been a handful of times when I needed a redo on an item or two. White spots from the dry-clean chemical process or a minor repair of a button missing or crumbling from the pressor heat. They promptly took care of those issues. Chatting with them they said that many times they'll catch button problems and do the repair and you'll never know they took care of you!

  Worst customer services and just bad service period! My clothes looks like it was pulled out of the basket and just hanged. Every single one of my shirts was wrinkled. I feel like they robbed me blindly. Both at drop off and pickup they were absolutely unfriendly. Had we read the reviews previously we would have never came here. This place needs to be put of service. You've been warned, if you do go double check your clothes. Outrageous prices for sorry quality.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would if I could post the pictures of the shirts I took in and came out looking the same I would I took two jerseys in and picked them uo three days later they charged $ 7.54 for both I didn't look at them because I had brought my business to them before I would have thought they were ok but today I put one of the jerseys on and noticed they looked the same same stains on them same everything in fact I even smelled them and they even smelled like my cologne I had used on them I was shocked did they even do anything to them??? I will never go back to this place I will be taking my business somewhere else I refer everyone not to go there . And also the staff working there are rude like they don't want to be there I give them a negative review and will never come back to this place ever!
