  They damaged my husband's shirt. When I showed it to the lady working there, she said that just happens when you get heavy starch. I told her that we never request heavy starch, We request either light starch or no starch. She just repeated, "Yes, that happens with heavy starch." The shirt had holes in it and was shredded in areas. Even if they had used heavy starch by mistake, it shouldn't cause holes or shredding.
