  I didn't have a professional experience after being told I had to pick my flowers up the day before expected and only gave me a 2 hour window. The carnations I ordered were not the color I requested, only 5 out of 55 were. I found Jenny, the owner to be extremely rude.

  I ordered a potted arrangement from Jenny's. On the webpage, it says that delivery is free within a certain distance. Upon placing my order, I was told that the website is not up to date and that the policy has changed. I was charged an additional $10 for delivery to a place that met the guidelines for free delivery on the webpage. I was not called when the delivery was made, since no one was home, nor was the person who it was delivered to called.
