Caesar's has completely ruined JBs Cafe. The menu has been severely limited, hours of operation are 10pm most days vs. 24/7, removed the ability to text when order is ready to go, removed discount for players card, and they now charge for a drink cup! The casino has free soda, so this makes no sense.

This place has been going down hill. We had a egg breakfast .Food cold & hashbrowns raw.Meat soggy .Had a Ruben not much meat like the picture shows.Very greasy.Fries were cold. This is not the 1st.time. We used to love this place. Not any more.

Went there today, and I ordered chicken tenders. Imgine my surprise when my boyfriend's Philly cheese steak sandwich came with fries, but my tendies didn't. They barely even have a menu, and the things on the menu don't even come with sides? Sure ..ok, not where I'm gonna be going anymore. Not to mention, they changed all the rules and you're not even allowed to use dining credits to go. On a completely different note, they have a smoking section, which is divided by a metal bar, that you can reach over and touch your neighbor sitting in the non smoking section. What's the point obviously, congratulations the entire place is basically a smoking section.

Ordered a burger with fries, and a chicken fried steak and eggs. Start with the burger, it was mediocre at best, and the fries were not hot and tasted like grease. Now the CFS, the breading was saturated in grease and soggy, the hash browns were so greasy, they left a pool of it on the plate when moved, and the over easy eggs were so undercooked that the whites were still runny.

I used to really love this place. The food is always good but my experience with Janette the cashier today really undercut my experiences here. We got here before 11 and wanted breakfast. Stood in line and got up to the front at 11:01 and she refused to serve us breakfast and smirked about it. We had to order lunch while watching the cooks put breakfast food up in the window. Customer service is dead here.
