  Looks amazing the the holidays. Plenty of great things to do and yummy food to eat. Lots to see. It's a pretty cool part of Oakland. The train is literally passing through all hours of the day so mind the horn and stay off the tracks until safe.

  We enjoyed walking around shopping and found a great restaurant for lunch. Also found a unique artist coop space with booths were you can watch the artist work and purchase from them directly. Oakland has really changed for the better and I recommend taking a peek. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

  We had a wonderful day sitting at the wine bar Rosenblum drinking wine waiting on the ferry. We caught the ferry to San Francisco hung out ate dinner until night time. came back and someone had busted out the rear window of our rental car to get in the truck. Thankful we didn't have anything in the car because we saw a sign at the rental car place about not leaving valuables in your vehicle. If you want people to come down here as tourist you have to make them feel safe. Just thankful we had extra insurance so we didn't have to come out of pocket for the rental car.

  This is a must stop place Oakland. So many cool restaurants, store, and places to just sit and relax. We walked all over and saw some super cool Jack London historical pieces. So many great views, lots of amazing architecture, etc. Outdoor ping pong tables were super fun to watch as well. There is most definitely something for everyone.

  My first time here and I love it so much! Very peaceful and clean 👍🏻. Excellent place to have a picnic with friends and family! Will definitely gonna come back here and try out the restaurants here
