::Left our pets here once, completely normal. Picked them up, came home with fleas. They also used the food we left for our pets, to feed all the other pets simply bc their owners didn't leave enough (if any at all) and not to sound hard-hearted, bc we're more than willing to share, but our pets shouldn't be deprived of their food to compensate another owners lack of thought for their own companion. I hope that makes sense and that y'all get things structured better. Wish y'all the best🤝🏼 EDIT: How about you be more professional and be mature enough to take a negative review that was well deserved due to an extremely bad experience🤣 that's why I just called your store, stated my dogs names and further clarified the situation. To which you started yelling, freaking out and trying to yell over me. No. That type of behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional and are the actions of a child. Thank you though, for showing your true colors😊

::*Updated review: We brought Missy here several times and things were fine until the last couple of stays. One day we went to pick her up and she was never taken out of her harness and had chewed through it. The last time we were there, we went to pick her up and the person at the counter had no idea which dog was ours. He left the room and we were easily able to go and get her ourselves, which should never have happened. We brought our puppy for an overnight stay because we had a last minute trip come up. Everyone was so helpful and really caring. Missy had a great time and next time she needs daycare or boarding, it will be here. Thanks for taking such great care of our girl!

::Love this place and the care staff show to my dogs. The most importantly, my bulldogs get very excited every time I bring them for day care or boarding. Highly recommend!

::Very happy with this place !! Left my pitbull and beagle there for 5 days when I went on vacation. They were played with, and out all day. The guy that owns it is a pit lover and understands the breed. It’s a complete relief knowing they take all breeds! They also separate smaller dogs from the bigger dogs if that’s a concern for anyone. I also received daily updates and photos. I would definitely recommend and definitely use them again!!!

::NEVER AGAIN EVER!!! At first i left and my dog seemed fine. His hair cut was extremely choppy but i didn't bother saying anything. Everything was uneven and his face was all different lengths and he looked terrible. THEY TOTALLY SHAVED HIS TAIL SUPER SHORT THAT IT LOOKS LIKE A RAT TAIL NOW. Upon arriving home and taking a closer look my dog had cuts all over him espically under his arms. Then i noticed blood on the floor. All over the floor. I looked at his nails and he was bleeding very badly. TheY cut his nails too short and made him bleed and i know he cried when that happened and they said nothing to me. They are supposed to Be peofessional with handling the pets and be calm and easy and caring with the dogs. I felt so guilty that i took him to a new place. Its very over priced. It cost 80 just for a short shave and nails. They didnt shape his face or anything. The place is clean and nice looking but thats not enough if your going to abuse my dog. When i told them about this and showed them pictures FOR PROOF they did absolutly nothing!!!!. They tried to justify why he was all cut up and bleeding. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN. MY DOG DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE ABUSED. IF I CAN PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD I WAS SO MAD AND STILL AM. MY POOR DOGGIE.
