  Such delicious cookies! Plus they take those fantastic cookies and make ice cream sandwiches with them which again are FANTASTIC! It's a must have!

  The best chocolate chip cookies in the world. I buy these by the dozen and they disappear fast cause I love sharing them with people. They make me feel so good.

  Due to the storm I wanted to grab a bunch of cookies to share with my family. I ordered 12 cookies and double checked with the woman behind the counter. My only complaint is that I asked for two specific flavors one red velvet and one mint chocolate chip. Sorry, but she missed those. By the time I got home I noticed they weren't in there. I just find it annoying I asked her twice and she said yes. Paying attention to detail and checking your work should matter to people, especially somewhere you work. It's a little annoying because I bought them especially for my mom and they messed it up. Next time, I'm probably going to have to check their work because they clearly don't.

  I love Insomnia Cookies, but this location doesn’t live up to the name. Every time I have gone to this location, they are out of at least one of the things I wanted to order. First they were out of all flavors of ice cream (it was summer, to be fair, but still). Then they were out of snickerdoodles, reassuring me that it would “only be two hours” before more were ready. This evening I told myself, ‘let’s try this spot one more time. Surely they won’t be out of something I want again’. They were out of milk! I’ve never had this problem at any of the other locations I have been to elsewhere in the city. The people working there are also notably less pleasant than at other locations, and whether this is because of having to deal with more tourists or not, it’s discouraging. I’ve given them several chances, but every time I’ve been disappointed. Avoid this location!
