  Not a bad place. Food can sometimes take a while. But it is very good. Coffee is excellent.

  Always love Maison Kayser quality and coffee but this location is top notch. Brandon was my server and was very professional and also personable. The best smoked salmon tartine I think I’ve ever had!!

  Everything tastes great as long as you don’t mind paying high prices. I like coming here when I want to bring something impressive & I love their bread!

  While waiting for a soup to be prepared for take away, I was able witness firsthand the excellent customer service of Miles the barista. The shop was extremely busy and Miles was single handily preparing orders from the restaurant and takeaway queues. In the 20 minutes I was there he did not stop moving - and all the while, he was very kind and professional with customers placing orders directly with him. I hope management sees this and recognizes him for his great customer service!

  Best cafe in the West Village. It’s a real treat. A corner of Paris in busy Manhattan. The food is delicious, the bakery goods are to die for. But what makes this place so special is the staff. Everybody I met is courteous, nice and professional. That’s why I go back every time I can.
