Not bad for the price I paid. Definitely not bad for the price I paid to stay downtown. Cool spot to stay when you're running away from a hurricane. It's safe, none of my belonging were stolen. Breakfast needs work, but for the price I paid to stay downtown, it's not that bad. The water didn't get that hot, but whatever. Bedding and towels were clean, kudos.

We were here for Atlanta Fashion Week, and apart for location this place has nothing else going for it. The parking is a tight cramped underground lot. If you have anything bigger than a compact car it will be more than a tight squeeze. The rooms are extremely small. We were told the rooms were cleaned. There was a long black strand of hair in the shower when we checked in. The furnishings were all tired and well worn especially in the waiting area, and breakfast without waffles or cereal? Even a Comfort Inn has a better selection. Don’t be fooled by the description of this being a boutique hotel.

I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to several things we wanted to do on our vacation there Oct 3-5. When we arrived they did get us in a room early but that is the only good experience. They room was dirty. The curtains didn't close so I had to use a ponytail tie to hold the curtains closed. Dust everywhere. White substances on several things. What looked like blood stains on the curtains. The ice machine on our floor didn't work soon we had to down 2 floors to use that one. We made the best of it because it was close to everything and it was only for 2 days. I wouldn't recommend this location.

The hotel is very dated and any good reviews on it is a complete lie. It's old and not cleaned properly. The TV and desk in the room was so dusty it looked like it had not been cleaned in a few months. The room smelled old. The decor in the room is horrible. It also felt very unsafe even in the room with a shirtless gentleman with his pants hanging low on his butt just coming to stand directly behind my window to talk to someone in the courtyard. A lot of homeless people hanging around in the corners of the street across and building next door. For this quality, you might as well stay at a Motel 6 or super 8. At least the prices there will be cheaper.

We stayed here for Dragon Con and it was a very convenient walk (3 minutes to the Hyatt). However, it was incredibly grimy. I wouldn’t stay here if you don’t need to be in walking distance to a convention or other event. Even then id look elsewhere first. We were only here as a last resort. The carpets in our room looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed since 1987. The sheets weren’t clean, and only a thin “blanket” that qualified more so as a sheet was provided. I’m guessing multiple people had the same complaints because the front desk ran out of extra blankets. There were weird smears on the walls, and dirt and dust in the corners of the room. I saw someone else mentioned their room had a microwave, but ours didn’t have one so we had to use the one in the continental breakfast area. Any time someone on the balcony smoked, the smell would come in through the air conditioner. The shower was tiny and didn’t get as hot as I’d like, and strangely there was a vent in the wall of the shower. I actually liked the continental breakfast though. They provided bacon, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and some baked good. They also had coffee and juices. We didn’t park at the on-site parking lot, but someone we knew who was attending the same convention did and their car was broken into.
