  Independent bank is by far the best bank i have ever worked with. When you call, you speak directly to someone. They know who you are and are familiar with your needs. It’s how banks used to be. It’s sad that the financial institutions of today have become so commercial with long hold times, automated services and robot representatives. When it comes to my money and finances, i want to have a relationship with the person who is processing them - that’s what you get with IBTX. We don’t live in Texas and have never been into a branch and have a better relationship with our bankers than we have had with any other. I think that alone speaks volumes for their customer service and abilities. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe place to put their money. These people go over and beyond to connect with their customers to ensure their financial needs are met! Big thank you to Lynn Reitz and Daniele Johnson in financial services and my favorite team “the wire department”and Jennifer Williamson who is no longer in the Houston office but moved to dallas. These are working relationships with people who care. The employees don’t turn around and if they do it’s because they have moved to another location. They have all been there from day 1 and that says alot too. Thank you for making our lives easier and for all you do for us year round!
