  I had a wonderful experience working with Julie and her team. Julie is very knowledgeable and she watches the market to help inform her clients like myself on how the market's future will likely behave. She is very professional and communicates well. Julie made sure the escrow officer, and my realtor were in the loop throughout the loan process. She made herself available even after hours in case I have questions or concerns. In addition, she is affiliated with Homes for Heroes which helps veterans, teachers, and emergency responders giving credit towards their closing cost. I will do business again with Julie in the future.

  Julie Nichols and her team were top notch! We have dealt with other mortgage companies that actually lost our mortgage. Julie and team were always on top of everything.
