  A lovely, peaceful, unpretentious, and accepting studio with teachers beyond qualified in yoga, Ayurveda, and physiology who can rework the day’s practice around your every bodily need at a moment’s notice. I’ve seen all levels, ages, and body types practice here in the past year and all seem to get what they need from the classes.

  I have been going to I am Yoga for about 4 months and I can only say wonderful things about both Instructors and the studio itself. All of the Instructors that I have met were wonderful, very knowledgeable and generous in their practices. One of the things that called my attention at the moment of choosing the studio was the variety of classes offered and the possibility of attending a TRX class. TRX yoga is spectacular for building up strength, I can totally see the difference, it really helped me to improve my posture and cope with the more physically demanding poses. I love TRX, I totally recommend this class to anyone wishing to work muscles in a more demanding way, while keeping the mind frame of yoga. The Membership program is really neat, I can attend all of the classes -no limit-, yoga mat included, blocks, blankets, and discounts on special workshops. I can also invite friends for free every month. I am very grateful for having found such a lovely yoga studio were to learn and practice yoga everyday, surrounded by the really nice people that attend classes at I AM YOGA.

  Very clean and safe yoga environment. Caring, experienced teachers. I'm so grateful for this studio. They offer multiple classes every week for every level of student. If you want to get into shape and/or deepen your practice this is the place. In addition to more traditional yoga classes they have a number of offerings for strengthening, releasing, and restoring.

  I've been a member for 4 months or so. Such a refreshing and relaxing space to retreat to after a crazy day. Also check out their events -- I've been to several wonderful restorative events that include a sound bath with singing bowls and gongs -- a very unique experience.

  This place is the best! Bright, sunny, welcoming, and relaxed. Instructors make it easy--and no big deal--to move at your own pace. So grateful for their focus on doing what feels good, rather than pushing yourself to be a perfect yogi.
