  Align is one of the most welcoming places I have ever been. I have never taken a class I didn't like. I often find myself in a position of not having enough time to take all of the classes I want to with all of the amazing instructors.

  The class and instructor were excellent, and I felt the intentions of the class were clear and fully realized. I left feeling physically released (yoga roll - foam rolling - surprisingly challenging), emotionally centered, overall uplifted and energized and how rad is that?! Align has a nice community feel without loosing the space to be quiet and more internally focused if that's your vibe. The instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful in the class as well. Not to mention a really deep knowledge in the staff about how these classes function, and how to suggest a schedule that would work for me. Really lovely space!

  Wonderful studio. Instructors are supportive and knowledgeable, and really help you improve and deepen your practice. The facility is inviting and clean, and staff helpful and welcoming. I had only done yoga at home and taken a few random classes over the years before coming here, and my practice has clearly improved. Align has helped me become stronger and more flexible.

  I cannot say enough nice things about the place. The space is very well maintained, always clean, smelling good. It is run by a chiropractor and they know what they are doing. I currently go to Beau's Thursday morning class, which I've really enjoyed (the right pace for me), but I have yet to experience a class I didn't like. Align 1:10 is a great challenging core fitness class. They mix it up and change the classes around so it keeps improving. There is overall a great vibe to the place, I always come out happier.

  Align Brooklyn is my home studio and I couldn't be happier with my time here. I am going on 5 months as an unlimited member and I'm feeling better than I have in years. The teachers are top notch. They are incredible with offering modifications and guiding you through a strong practice. They offer adjustments and show you how to fix an element of your posture that is holding you back from achieving your full expression in your asanas. The staff is kind and friendly, and always willing to help you with anything you need. The studio design is excellent. There is enough room to practice and the props and mats they offer are high quality. Thanks Align!
