  The property was impeccably run. All of the staff was extremely reaponsive and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze. Bonus points for including parking in the fee so we could park and walk around the city. Would go back in a heart beat.

  Overall a good hotel, not perfect. Looks cool, excellent service and we enjoyed our dinner. Our room was a little musty and made sense when I noticed the worn-out shower leaked onto the floor and spilled into the carpet in the next room. Our room service breakfast was inedible, pancakes that smelled and tasted very strange. However a call to the desk took it off the bill. Again, the staff and service were excellent.

  Schlechte Lage. Zu weit vom Zentrum. Für nicht englisch sprechenden Besuchern sehr schlecht.. Hotel ist einwandfrei..

  Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel. Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Preise sind m.E. (wie fast in ganz Boston) ziemlich überzogen. Bei 200$ die Nacht sind weder Frühstück noch Parken dabei. Positiv fand ich das Fitnessstudio mit Pool. Natürlich alles eine Nummer kleiner, als bei "richtigen" Fitnessstudios oder Bädern, aber für eine Hotelversion relativ groß. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist mäßig. Das Hotelpersonal war überwiegend sehr freundlich. Die Konferenzräume waren (wie leider auch viel zu oft in den USA) oftmals zu kalt klimatisiert, so dass man drinnen unbedingt etwas langärmliges und geschlossene Schuhe brauchte. Wenn man dann mal kurz raus wollte, lief man gegen eine 30°C Wand.

  Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel (MIT & Harvard). Breakfast & Restaurant hat sich in den letzten Jahren wesentlich verbessert! Ideal für Tagungen, Meeting & Kongresse! Parken direkt im Hotel Parkhaus!
