Fantastic place to stay in Boston. Close to everything whether going to a game or concert at Fenway Park, or need to get to TDBank Garden. Lots of public transportation near by and lots of great restaurants. Staff was very nice!! Room was small, but didn't need much more anyway. Very comfortable!! Definitely will stay there again!!

Absolutely amazing. Stub hub changed the date of my concert with out notice until I caught the mistake and called them about it. In doing so, I had to call and cancel my hotel reservations and the hotel was EXTREMELY generous and gave a price match to the same room but on my new date. Best customer service. Five stars all around!!

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This hotel is so cool! It's definitely an old building, but it's incredibly charming and comfortable. Front desk and restaurant staff were very nice, and breakfast was incredible!

Spent here 2 nights. 3 stars r only for convenient location, good size 2 queen beds and cheapest prices in the area. Sure you got what you pay for. Absolutely nothing special here. Historical building?? You wonโ€™t see any historical in your room! It just looks like 2 big white empty rooms with 2 tvs (donโ€™t know why they put another TV in 1st room with tiny, squeeze couch. They better should put more hooks and shelves in bathroom. Was fighting with AC/Heater from the beginning. The heater didnโ€™t want to kick on with 34F outside. They gave us the same โ€œsuiteโ€ on lower level and it had the same problem. $35 extra for car parking. $ extra for breakfast.
