  Amenities are nice, rooms are large and fairly spacious. My only complaint is that I keep hanging up my towel to keep it from being taken and washed as per the tag in the bathroom, but each time I get back, I have fresh towels. Normally that's not a complaint, but I do like to do my part for the environment.

  Rooms were very nice and clean. Check-in was hassle free. Sunday morning continental breakfast was very crowded.

  Wonderful area and hotel. The facility not having a laundry room and only valet parking were the only down sides but you can have your laundry sent out and returned in the same day and there are parking garages nearby. The breakfast is amazing. The staff were very courteous and professional.

  Fantastic staff. Front desk is enjoyable and helpful. Rooms and property are very clean and comfortable. In a great location with access to stores, restaurants and the metro a quick 2 blocks away. Felt very safe walking around alone. Would absolutely stay here again.

  I stayed here for business purposes in March 2017. I'm a travel agent so I have stayed at many Hyatt properties before. This property is relatively NEW. The rooms were very nice, modern, great decor, and of course clean. The artistry in the lobby is amazing! The FOOD was pretty good, but I'd like to see a few more healthier choices available. The breakfast area and lounging area of the LOBBY were really nice, pleasant, and quiet. The mixed front desk with the food concession line was unique. The best part of my trip was Johnathan Smith & Dana at the front desk. Excellent staff; always went above and beyond my needs and requests.
