  I've never had an issue with the tellers or staff there but the ATM is very unreliable. I've come here on multiple occasions in the past few months to use the ATM and it's been out of order. This happened again last night. It's very inconvenient. I can no longer rely on this branch to do any transactions outside of their bank hours...

  Horrific service offered. I felt devalued and belittled. Ms. Allice Fu refused to render service just because I don't speak fluent english. Ms. Fu offered to give best quality service by kicking me out to go to another branch where they have an HSBC personnel who speaks my language. She claimed that the branch where I opened my checking account is now closed and merged with another branch that is 2.2 miles away from the bayside branch. Am I supposed to go find the branch where I opened my account to get HSBC's banking service? Now, I am already at the branch speaking to a HSBC representative, Ms. Fu, face to face in person and all she can offer is go to the other branch to receive service. Best quality service it is.

  One check from insurance company was returned with unknown reason. Waiting for the clerk to find out for long time, but they could not.

  All other HSBC near where I live are closed on Saturdays for unknown reason. So I made a trip in order to pay for my bills to this HSBC bank. The teller tells me I can't and I would have to make the payment over the phone or by mail. So what is the point of having branch if I can't solve anything in person.
