  Very efficient, polite, helpful professional personal bankers, especially Mr. Jin Kim who always helps old people like myself and my husband withTLC.

  Average Service by the employees. Private Bankers are a little slow with execution.

  My family has all their banking accounts set up from this branch as it's the most convenient for us. I used to have Citi but shut that down many years ago.

  They were nice when I went over to open my account but they NEVER answer their phone which is quite frustrating.
