  I bought a Jetta towards the end of last year, I told the car salesman I am already approved with a bank of my choosing and to just contact them. I find out two months later they ran my credit anyways to three different banks without my permission that are all now hard inquiries on my credit that I can’t dispute. I called to ask why did they do this if I already was approved with a bank, they then stated that they were “helping me” find a better APR. During the process of getting the Jetta the salesman never stated that he was going to do this or that he had done this. He only informed me that my bank did approve me. My first new car at a Dodge dealership didn’t do this so I don’t understand why they did. Also went there for an invoice at the service department and wouldn’t help me with my request of seeing paperwork. A man kept talking down to me and was frustrated on the fact I wanted paperwork/proof of the price instead of him saying “it’s about this much.” Very unprofessional and acted as if I was unintelligent from a simple request. I walked past him, went to the front desk and the ladies there helped me out.

  Very prompt, polite and professional service. I didn’t have an appointment for a faulty sensor in my car but they saw me anyway and even gave me a loaner. Jennifer Stockman was extremely courteous and I would recommend her to everyone.

  Great customer service from Mr. Carlos Orozco. He made the process very fast and painless. Understood our needs and financial possition. He did not try to sell us something we didn’t need. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
