  It was an absolute dream to work with the staff at Hoy Family Auto. I went in with a price quote from the USAA car buying service at about 4 pm, and I left in my new(used, but new to me) car by 6 pm. Danny Sanchez was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend Danny and the Hoy Family team.

  Louie Salazar and his colleagues were wonderful and so hospitable with their service and eagerness to provide quality customer care. I highly recommend Louie as your next sales associate if your looking to buy a vehicle at Hoy.

  Took my Mercedes E550 2011 here and every time I came, all kinds of problems had to be fixed even though before the car drove just fine. I don't think these people know what they're doing and people are overall cocky and seem like they couldn't care less about you. I even suspect that they manufacture problems into your car. I do absolutely not recommend this place. Update after Response: Thank you. I will be getting in contact with your service manager and then we will see what your company is all about. So far, I do not have a good impression and I am not planning on coming back. That will also include everyone that I personally know, as you know bad news spreads far and fast.

  Danny Sanchez was great to work with. I was visiting from out of town and needed to buy a car and he picked me up at my hotel, which was over the top customer service! I got a good deal on the car without a lot of haggling, and I love my Mercedes. Gustavo Castillo did a fabulous job of detailing it, and I really appreciate what these guys did for me. It was a flawless experience.

  The most horrible place to buy a Volkswagen car, on specific one of the managers I think his last name is Bull, he is very arrogant and unprofessional with his customers, he have no people skills with his customers and his sales people. I decide to say no! I'm not going to buy from this unrespectful guy I decide to buy in the westside dealership no matter if I pay more money at the Westside dealership I am more happy to paid more with a very good customer service and professional management no bull at the Westside dealership.
