  I had a real human interaction and felt valued as a person instead of a service interaction where I felt valued as a customer. The doorman was also great and made sure I had everything I needed when coming and going from directions to a car to baggage. Now, on to the room and amenities. ROOM + quiet! + impeccable modern styling with Chicago-map wallpaper + clean! + comfortable bed + good natural light + nice toiletries with a black makeup washcloth (so smart!) + a lighted makeup mirror with a stool so you can sit at the counter + a TV that allowed you to log in to Netflix and other streaming services + strong wifi and plenty of outlets + overall a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere - was but a few feet from a neighboring building's windows to one side, so I had to be extra mindful of keeping curtains closed AMENITIES + continental breakfast on every floor with high-quality pastries - if they aren't brought in fresh every morning I'd truly be shocked + free drink tokens and complimentary happy hour snacks + a rotating beverage in the lobby - I noticed hibiscus tea and apple cider on my stay + happy to hold luggage if you need to check out earlier than you're leaving town + a great, walkable location Love this place!
