  Had a lovely experience at this Horizon. All the staff was very nice. I got greeted right when I walked in and felt very welcomed. I want to shout out Adriane Young since she worked with me. She was very pleasant and made my trip easy and simple. It was even 20 minutes till close and I did not feel rushed. Wish there was more customer service like this! Who’s ever in charge should be proud!!

  When I moved from Ohio 2 1/2 years ago I wanted to find a local bank instead of a national chain. Horizon Bank was recommended and I see why. They get to know their customers and you instantly feel at home; part of the family instead of an account number. The employees go above and beyond and even told me ways to save money in the banking world. I highly recommend checking them out. I typically bank at the Horizon in Carmel but have stopped by other locations and feel just as welcomed.

  This is not a good mortgage company they don't care about you, they never tried to help during covid, only gives 1 late fee pass for the life of your loan!!?? A whole 30 years?? Terrible
