::Frankly I can not understand how these people think that they can get away with defamation of character, and flat out lies, and fraud on top of Linda illegally harassing people. We purchased a car and truck from a buy here pay here lot. After numerous issues with the car that the lot was ignoring we let the buy here pay here lot have the vehicles back. Now 5-6 years later we have this company threatening us, harassing us, committing racketeering, and wanting us to pay more for a truck than what we were paying. You guys really don't want to take this to court because the illegal activity that Linda is committing will be brought up, and we will file a counter suit for all of the illegal activity.

::Other creditors take them off your credit quickly. I’ve paid over $600 to them. They still haven’t taken them off.

::The guy that runs this is a horrible human. I proved the debt was paid and I was trying to get it off my credit report. He did nothing to help and he accused me of having an attitude. Lol. It finally came off my report with no help from him.

::I was trying to get account information and I originally spoke with Dave who wanted to argue with me to call the hospital. I spoke to the hospital before and they stated they did not have this information to call general credit services. Dave argued with me and i asked to speak to someone else and was hung up on. I called back and Dave stated he did not hang up on me but transferred me. And was transferred again to Linda who went to voicemail. She called me back and stated that she would only give me certain information and not the information i needed to file with my insurance. She was telling me my insurance was not going to pay anyways and that i owe the amount no matter what. She gave me a phone number to call so they can explain why im responsible. They refused to give me my own account information. They refuse to file my claims with my insurance when I have active coverage. Their customer serivice is terrible. They are not here to help the people but only there to make a quick buck. You cannot have a civil conversation with any of them because they dont try to listen or understand all they want is money even if its your last dime they will take it and will not care if you have a family to feed or lose your home. Please believe all of these 1 reviews because it is true. These people are rude. They dont deserve to be apart of a business like this.

::I spoke to a lady who was very rude when I was explaining my situation. She didn’t listen to anything I had to say and she hung the phone up on me. When I called back to speak to a supervisor, she answered the phone and claimed there was no one above her that I could speak with. She also claimed to be the owner of the company. I asked for simple information (ex. Name, address, company) and she kept getting smart saying that she already gave me that info. I informed of again of my situation and that I have problems with my short term memory, she still kept saying she gave me the info. Her name is Linda Schenkel.. not sure how true that is because by the end of the conversation she went from being the owner to being the GM.
