Working with Bob was a wonderful experience. He demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a comprehensive knowledge of the cars he showed me. He was genuinely interested in making sure I leased the car that was right for me and my budget vs. trying to sell me a car just to get a commission. He took the time to teach me the pertinent features of the cars I was interested in to ensure I was comfortable before test driving them. ::We visited this dealership to buy a second car. Any and Every question we had, sales person will have to go inside to these mystical "people" and response will not come in anything less than 45 minutes. We ended up spending two hours. When finally they came with numbers, they were not acceptable. But then they will again go and inside and come with pretty much same numbers presented slightly differently.
