  Wanted to buy a used car, confirmed its availability over phone 2 hours ago, I was assured it will be there during the appointment for test drive, but guess what, when I go Its gone. Absolute disregard to customer's time. Would like to acknowledge the sincerety that Bob had in his approach as he really wanted to help. Kudos to him.

  I had an excellent experience with Herbie (and Rick in finance and the sales manager, John) at Honda of Tenafly. I am now their loyal customer. The dealership is family owned and provides a personal touch. If you plan on buying a Honda, go to Honda of Tenafly and ask for Herbie! He really knows cars.

  We have been leasing Hondas in Tenafly for many years. We have dealt with Herbie Rosario in the past and we were happy that he was available to assist us again with our new lease. He is personable, knowledgeable and very efficient in seeing us through the process. Herbie made us feel comfortable and was able to answer every question.   I was a Chevy customer for the past 20 years. I recently decided it was time for a Honda. I went to Honda of Tenafly and met with Sales Consultant, Bob Zimmer. Working with Bob was a wonderful experience. He demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a comprehensive knowledge of the cars he showed me. He was genuinely interested in making sure I leased the car that was right for me and my budget vs. trying to sell me a car just to get a commission. He took the time to teach me the pertinent features of the cars I was interested in to ensure I was comfortable before test driving them. The next time you are in the market for a Honda, ask for Bob as he will provide you with a very positive experience.

  We visited this dealership to buy a second car. Any and Every question we had, sales person will have to go inside to these mystical "people" and response will not come in anything less than 45 minutes. We ended up spending two hours. When finally they came with numbers, they were not acceptable. But then they will again go and inside and come with pretty much same numbers presented slightly differently.
