The Hotel suites are dated and don't look that clean. Customer service at the front desk is one of the worst we have to deal with. Lack of information, professionalism, Attentiveness , kindness and mannerisms. Poor signaling to access and work the elevators or the breakfast area. Misleading info, regarding Uber services. For the money you pay, it's not worthy. We went to Baltimore for a medical procedure. We were informed that we have a shuttle to John's Hopkins Hospital: not true. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY !!!!!

Almost left because of service but I stayed because of service….On my very first day, I almost left because of the lady at the front desk being rude and judgmental. I end up staying because of the rest of the staff: from the people at the restaurant, the other staff at the front desk, the housekeepers, to the general manager. From top to bottom service was excellent!! Location is excellent, you can’t beat that. Room can use some updating as they are a bit dated but they are clean and well maintained The Gym is MAC: you use a full size gym facility as they’ve partnered with MAC at that hotel. 3 indoors pool with warm water and a jacuzzi. That’s just a kid paradise right there…plus everything else you can find in a professional full size gym. Highly recommended for whatever you come to do at Baltimore inner harbor you won’t regret it… Parking might be a bit on a higher side but there are many cheaper options very close by.

On the plus side, location is great. Roms were nice and the breakfast was good. However room service and valet was slow and the staff was curt and at times rude. In a world where we are being overcharged for everything including extra cleaning fees , we can expect basic service at the very least.

All staffs are super friendly. Welcome us with a big smile. Very cleaned place. Comfortable spacious room. Sanitized. Many thanks to Jay for kind arrangements and amenities. Jay is professional. Nice hotel for layover on business trips. Convenient. Walking distance to Shake Shack, Cheesecake Factory ... We will go back soon. Warm Regards, Ben

We have stayed at this hotel every year when my husband has had appointments or surgeries at Johns Hopkins hospital. This was the first time that we have felt that the quality of the hotel had gone down significantly as had the quality of the staff. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and although we had requested it at check in, we never received housekeeping even once so after 5 days we had piles of trash in the room. Our comforter if you could call it that consisted of the dust ruffle that normally goes on a bed to hide the frame (see picture) and this was what they used as a blanket with a very thin duvet on top of this. We asked for blankets at the front desk on our first day but they were never brought to us so we did not sleep comfortably during our entire visit. They said they were short On blankets but would do their best. The staff at the front desk was not downright rude but not friendly and they appeared bothered when we needed to ask them simple questions. Although the location is convenient, we are going to look for another hotel to stay at during our monthly visits to Baltimore this coming year. If you valet your car don’t expect the valet text service that they use to be working and you will not discover it to be broken until you arrive to pick up your car and find the valet person chatting on a couch instead of getting your vehicle. This may or may not be their fault but a faulty text system is what they claim. Upon check out I requested a copy of my bill and was told that it would be emailed to me so apparently getting a paper copy at check out was not an option. When I did receive the copy of the bill I had been charged twice for valet on a given day which then necessitated a phone call to the hotel in order to get the $35.00 charge reversed. This was done promptly which I appreciated. This has always been our go to hotel and it was sad to see it being managed like this. A comfortable stay is a minimum requirement.
