The room was great. Nice comfy bed, room was clean and towels fully stocked. The front desk lady was absolutely fabulous. So welcoming and friendly. She really made the stay extra enjoyable!! Will definitely stay here again!! Thank you for everything!

If I vilified give 0 stars or negative stars I would. It was disgusting. The area wasn't bad just the people there and it was so bad I stayed 1 hour and left Drive 12 hours home because it was traumatizing. The bed was dirty. The front office told me I'd get a refund never received it. Was the worst stay ever. I'd rather stay in a motel 6 compared to this they are 5 star.

My daughter tried to make a reservation online - which didn’t work. So she called and reserved by phone. The person on phone took credit card details and said he’d have to make two bookings- due to change in number of occupants. The size and number of beds would stay the same?! Anyways, when we arrived, they claimed not to see the reservations. Then after about 10 min only one was found. Then we were given a higher rate. And the second booking was going to have to be redone at even higher rate. So after 15-20 min trying to find reason with the receptionist, we left to find another hotel. After the trip we noticed we were charged over $200. For what?! We contacted corporate and we were refunded $100. This happened Sept 21st. It’s Oct 20th and still no full refund. Grossly mismanaged at local and corporate level.

Awful. Just the worst experience as a travelling professional I’ve ever had. This place was FILTHY and when confronted about it was told “no it was cleaned before” when it clearly has discrepancies. Dirty linens, white stuff on the floor, stains on the walls. Walking into a nightmare after a 12 hour trip for work. Refused to give me an extra TOWEL, which were small and cheap to begin with! And let’s take it a bit further the “quality check” girls were on the phone someone who was literally trash talking me in Spanish and calling me names so I lost my temper because I may be white but I live in Texas where half my family is Hispanic. 😂 so they told me I had to leave and tried to block me from the room and I told them I absolutely would not leave until I was refunded and went in the room and if the room nonsense wasn’t bad enough, they called the police on me for ASSAULT! Because I went passed her to go to my items in the room and my shoulder/arm touched her! 😂 I’m baffled by this experience. And if this wasn’t all bad enough Priceline contacted them and said they’d only refund me for one of two nights because I had already checked in?? Not how this works. I will be posting my experience everywhere and contacting all the authorities until my money is FULLY returned.

Absolutely horrible experience. The hotel was nothing like it was portrayed online. We did not stay & still have not received our refund. Don’t even consider this place no matter how much they hype it up. They have grossly misrepresented this establishment. The rooms are filthy, with broken room fixtures & structures, the parking lot alone is a nightmare with vagrants & people camping out in their vehicles & suspicious activity. You’re better off sleeping on the side of the road than staying at this pit. Management is unresponsive & unavailable. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.
