  Could do better cleaning hallways and dog poop outside. Satellite TV doesn't work always. Had to put in a simple service request 2x before it was fixed

  Whoever put a 5 star review must be crazy. This place is the worst. Rude, lazy staff. Dirty hallways. Roaches everywhere. Drug reminents and trash everywhere. No security so everything get broken into including one night where 5 cars got broken into or stolen (mine included). They higher the prices for no reason. Also they now charge for toilettes and linens. DO NOT STAY HERE. WOULD PUT 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!!

  It's the best place to stay, that has a full size fridge, microwave and 2 burner place to cook. Extremely great customer service and so nice! I've been staying here for about 30 days wit my small dog and I'm always greeted by everyone that works there by name and a smile. The only complaint I have is I wish there was a tad more drawers or shelving, other than that, it's made a tough situation so much easier to get through. I appreciate that so much. Thank you for being awesome and recommend it.

  Fire alarm started at 2 am. I'm writing at 5 am. (It continued until noon.) Fire department came and left. They told me this happens "all the time here ”

  By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at was going to search for another one to stay at tonight…but why? Refrigerator. Mini stove. Microwave. Cable. I loved it and will definitely choose Extended Stay America Denver Airport as my #1. You guys are awesome.
