  The manager Janet, is disrespectful and nasty. Called about a product I saw, and she wanted nothing to do with me on the phone, starting yelling at me to come into the store myself and find it because she had a line of customers. Coming from a manager background, she clearly wasn't trained properly. And being a manager you need to be able to handle multiple situations. She clearly cannot. Complained to the company about her.

  First time I've been a Home Goods and I have to say it's pretty interesting. They have a good selection for most home items. It really seems like a lot of attention goes into handpicking the items they sell. I like the kind of "randomly put stuff on the shelf" style with price tags on the item.
