  Good selection of items particularly in Accessories. Friendly staff.

  The clerk asked me to open a Macy's store account and the company applied for an American Express card for me without explaining that they were going to do so. Bad service and lack of transparency.

  They reduced cashiers. Only 2 on entire floor, I wandered the whole store for about 15 min trying to find an open register, but each one had no salesperson bec they were away from the desk. Each time I go to Macy's in Nanuet there are fewer staff to help and fewer registers. Love shopping in Macy's but Nanuet is the worst, is rather go online.

  It's Macy's. Out of date and a weird layout. Save yourself the trouble and only hit up the makeup section.
