  Purchased a few products from them last year and everything went amazing. My daughter wanted a bed for Christmas this year and our first option was this store as I know they have a large inventory and very friendly salesmen. Everything went great inside the store with Franklyn and his manager. Shipping was very fast but certain aspects of the bed were not steady for a 7 yr old. The manager and Franklyn were fast to give me a call back and try to help me with my situation. Customer service is great just make sure your assembly is done correctly before the men leave your house so there will be no chance for a misunderstanding.
