  Loved everything about this place! The price was awesome compared to other quotes I received. Matt was so beyond nice and kept his word on everything! The guys who put in the carpet were quick and professional. I was lucky to have found Kaspa carpet!

  After considering Home Depot, Lowe's, and Empire prices, I decided to contact a local "Mom & Pop" store called Kaspa Carpet to get one more quote. Kaspa has been in the neighborhood since I can remember so I expected good customer service and quality work. I called the store and described the type of carpet I was interest in and then asked for a free measurement to be done at my home. They were able to do it that same day. Anthony showed up at more door, on-time at 2pm, and spent a good 30 min measuring my newly finished basement and about 12 stairs. He then showed a wide range of carpet samples which all fit the description of what I described on the phone. Some were more economical and some were more of a premium type. I picked out three different carpets and Anthony called me back that day with the pricing based on his measurements. Based on the prices I was quoted I was able to go for the more premium of the three I picked. Despite me picking the most expensive carpet, Anthony recommend the second option as he thought it would be more durable and appropriate for my space. I went with his recommendation and was able to get something nicer than what I saw at the big corporate stores but for a cheaper price. The carpet was installed the next day and is beautiful. The installer's were on-time, courteous and friendly and were definitely hard workers. They did the whole job, in and out, within 1 and a half hours. I'm in-love with how my basement looks with my favorite part of it being the carpet. Highly recommend Kaspa. Ask for Anthony.

  I am so glad I canceled my empire order when hearing about Kaspa Carpet. Empire was nothing but problems, with kaspa the order was fast simple and done perfectly. I am beyond pleased with my carpet, it looks and feels great. I will never fo elsewhere for carpet, thank you guys so much!

  I moved from Queens to LI about 9 years ago and wound up @ Kaspa through a recommendation from my real estate agent. I quickly became friends with the owner Matt after I was impressed on how friendly, professional and courteous he was. From that point on, I never went to another place for my flooring needs. Matt does not only care about his business, he cares about people as well. I served almost 10 years in the USMCR and he is one of the most caring and professional people I have ever met. Matt's son also served in the military as well in the Air Force, if my memory serves me right. If Matt can't find a way to accommodate your flooring needs, in my opinion, no one can. Proof of this is also in the staff that is employed by him. Anthony is one of his head people there at Kaspa and if you choose to use Kaspa, ask for Anthony to do the install for you, you won't regret it. Anthony represents everything that Kaspa is and is one of the most professional people I have ever met and will not leave until the job is completed to perfection! I don't know what else to say about Matt and Kaspa except that I have used him numerous times since I have moved to Nassau County in the past 9 years and I have no interest in doing business with any other company for my flooring needs. Impeccable service, competitive pricing and someone that stands behind their word when they tell you something. He has and always will have my business for many years to come.
