::Pros- the pool was nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was nice. Cons- the room i was located in did not have a good a.c. system. I put it at the lowest setting of 61 degrees and the room was still hot and muggy hours after checking in. I even woke up feeling sweaty in the middle of the night from how warm the room was. Cost not worth it with the air not working but had it been it would of been reasonable.

::Worst experience at a hotel… This is the worst hotel I have stayed at. I have been here less than 4 hours and have had the following issues 1. Door would not open and front desk advised you have to lift handle of door for it to open. Very finicky 2. No tv remote. Called downstairs twice and waited over and hour. Went to front desk and check in guy was on his phone with remote sitting by him. 3. Air conditioner is motion activated so if you don’t walk by it, it shuts off. We left the room for 30 minutes and it was 80 degrees 4. Toilet and bathroom flooring is loose. You have a tripping hazard and a rocking toilet. So fun 5. Cleanliness of hotel overall is poor

::Very clean and modern rooms with lots of space .. The breakfast was always a hit and Anna the one responsible for that . Was very kind and helpful . The front desk staff was curious and went out if there way to make sure all our needs were met ....

::They lie on their website about the complimentary breakfast and customer service treats you like you can’t read. Their website for this location specifically says “Hot breakfast and parking are complimentary.” When you click to book your stay, it again says “breakfast included,” but then when you go forward with selecting the room you want, they have a more expensive option that provides breakfast, and the rate they originally showed you does NOT include breakfast. That is not free or complimentary. The person that answered the front desk number told me I was mistaken and it doesn’t says this anywhere. I had it open in front of me while we were on the phone. The online chat customer service also lied to me and said I was misunderstanding and that this location does not offer complimentary breakfast. I told them they need to update the website because it’s false advertising and they responded AGAIN saying I was mistaken. Why are you gaslighting me about something so minor and obvious to prove wrong? Just fix your description and quit being rude. It makes me wonder how you handle actual issues!! Ended up booking elsewhere for cheaper that offered an actual free breakfast!

::Great spot for a night or two. The room was awesome. Nice and clean. Comfortable as well besides a little air leak with the heater (was about 10° out) so when the heater wasn't running it was chilly at times. Had problems with one of the TVs but we weren't really there for that anyways. Soap was high quality. Doors are loud. Very loud so people coming and going will disturb you at times. The only downside that really made any difference with my stay was the closing time of the local restaurants (not directly tied to this hotel but a direct source for booze or food besides driving). Seems very early considering how late the Casino is open.
