::Check in was super easy and fast, didn’t have to pay deposit since I am a member. Man at front desk was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfy. It is in a good location. Overall nice but, the bathroom had no ventilation and at around 11:30 pm we started hearing very loud people over the TV. We thought it would eventually end because of how late it was, my entire family (2 kids 2 adults) did not fall asleep until 2:30 am because of how loud the people next door were. We had to call the front desk to ask if they could quiet down and even then it took a while. Soundproof walls would be convenient, but overall it was a great stay. They had a nice morning breakfast from 6:30 to 10:00

::The staff at this hotel are very nice! The hotel and rooms not so much. It needs some updating. My room had mold growing in and around the ceiling in the bathroom, and there was blood splattered on the wall. The room phone didn't work so I had to use my phone to call the front desk. The toilet seat was broken and you had to be very careful as to not fall off of it. The door handle to the room was broken and I had to jiggle and keep turning it to get it to open. For one night it was fine but no way I could have spent two nights there. They send you a link for valet. It says you can pay valet with cash but that's not the case, they would only accept a credit card. This place was very close to the Tabernacle. Very short walk to get my daughter after a concert. The area felt safe and there was plenty of street lighting. Will stay at Holiday Inn again because their linens and staff are amazing but just not that location.

::We stayed here the night of a concert at State Farm Arena and overall enjoyed our experience. The staff were all friendly. We pulled up to the front and valet parked our car for $33. It is annoying to pay for parking when you paid for a room, but all the hotels in the downtown do this. The breakfast buffet made our stay even better! They had so many options for breakfast. I was very impressed. The location is close enough to walk to everything. There are many late night bars and diners within a 5 minute walk. Our room had two comfortable queen beds and nice size bathroom. The room was clean. The only issue we had was the elevators were down due to being worked on, so we had to be a little more patient to wait on one. We will stay here again.

::The bathroom had leaks, and it has a huge glass window that cannot be closed, nor does it have a curtain. So if you like to be seen naked by neighbors across the street, this is the hotel for you. The bedroom air conditioner makes as much noise as a truck engine running next to your bed. The treatment received by guests at the front desk is very friendly if you are American and speak native English. Otherwise, prepare to be treated coldly and without any cordiality. Worst of all: I didn't have a car, and after my stay, I was charged $33/day for parking I didn't use. I emailed the property and the general manager replied saying I paid for parking. When I said I didn't use parking, he NEVER ANSWERED ME AGAIN, even though I sent other emails. They only refunded my money when I complained to IHG Customer Service. The location is very good, you can walk to the aquarium, Coca-Cola and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. It was the first time I stayed at a Holiday Inn, and the first impression was terrible. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There are several other hotels in the area that are certainly better than this one.

::I want to give you a detailed description of my wonderful stay. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. But what made all the difference in the world was the super attentive, kind, and supportive staff. The amount of professionalism was commendable from the front desk to the custodial service. I was greeted warmly by every custodial staff member. I needed some extra towels - no problem. I was on a first name basis with Noni at the bar. Not because I was buying drinks, but because I sat in the dining area drinking unlimited unsweet tea for hours. Thank you so much for wonderful experience!!!!
