  I visited with a school group from NC touring DC. The accommodations were very nice. The breakfast was delicious. The highlight was the excellent service provided by Debra each morning. She went above and beyond to make sure our large group was taken care of promptly and politely. She was great with the teenagers, giving them guidance on where different food items were and how to use the warmers properly. She treated us like family, starting our day off right and sending us off well nourished for our day of touring. I am thankful for her service to our group.

  This is my first time stay at this hotel! Traveling from FL for a wedding in DC. My Son and I enjoyed our stay here for one night! This hotel is a 5 star hotel in my book! From the on line booking to the hotel receptionist at the front desk! And, Debra in the kitchen getting their breakfast meals ready and prepared is a wonderful person who goes out of her way to please all the guests in the morning with fresh coffee and food always available on the buffet! Coco the cleaning lady who never stops cleaning is a hard worker she always has a smile on her face! Everyone greets you with a Hello and a Smile this hotel is comfortable and very clean you will not be disappointed! Thank you to everyone at this establishment for making our stay comfortable and with ease!

  The rooms are comfy and stylish and the hotel was nice and clean. Though we were disappointed that the pool was closed and the shuttle wasn't running. But the staff were all very helpful. The breakfast bar was especially delicious with lots of choices, all kept fully stocked and fresh by Miss Debora. She was so kind and friendly and very helpful. She made sure to chat with everyone and make sure we all had what we needed. It was a great way to start the day.

  Stayed at this location for almost a week . Wished they would of extended my stay but that didn't happen . The person that made my stay enjoyable was Deborah. Mornings were worth getting up early for breakfast. She is such a kind warm caring person. She was always making breakfast special. Behind her mask was a smile . Greeted everyone and made sure we all started our day with a full tummy and a word of encouragement. Thank you so much for all your hard work. She is a asset to your hotel.

  I have to say that the front staff is very helpful and professional. My original room was nice, updates bathroom and very clean. I had a issue with the TV since it didn't work at all. Matt the attendant on duty came and checked it out, once he noticed that the TV needed to have a maintenance call, he switched my room without issues, double checked to make sure all amenities were in working order and then delivered the new room keys to me. My second room was the same from the first. I was right by the elevator, but did t hear a thing, seems like the room are well insulated. Bed was comfortable and the amenities were in point. I'll be here again for my next work trip, glad to know there is a great staff here.
