  They are in the middle of a renovation but they staff was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again

  It's a value for money kind of place. The location is however good with many cool places at Walking distance.

  very disappointed!!! for my wife's birthday we brought her to see the Pink concert at T.D garden and stayed at this hotel. We were very disappointed with the hotel. Lots of construction going on which made for a unpleasant stay. Waiting for the elevator for long periods of time because of the elevators being used by workers to transport materials from floor to floor. Hotel was not very clean but or room was clean. We booked the hotel months ago ,our reservation was for 2 double beds, we got there and were giving a room with one king bed so our guest had to sleep on uncomfortable couch... not a sofa bed, a couch. Apparently they were booked and it was the only room available, glad it was booked months ago. .. We have stayed at Holiday Inns and always had a great stay. We were very disappointed with our stay at this Holiday Inn. also when the hotel was booked they never mentioned that they were undergoing renovations.

  I stayed one night 2/28/2018. I was in town for a Celtics game. The rooms were being redone and the hotel was a mess. My room was not a mess but wasn't luxury either. Boston is an expensive city so paying $300+ to stay at a Holiday Inn on a Wednesday is not an unusual thing so the price is whatever to stay in downtown Boston but the quality of the rooms are no better or worse than any other Holiday Inn that in other cities would run you $135 a night. I like the Holiday Inn chain and the room was clean and the staff was super friendly so I would recommend staying here at this average hotel, although I do hate the high prices of downtown Boston hotels.

  The location of this hotel is perfect. The street that it is in it's not the prettiest but it is close to everything. The staff super helpful and polite. The housekeeping more than perfect. The room is spacious, ours had a little kitchen with a fridge inside also. And they were the only one in this area that had breakfast included on a affordable price. Breakfast was more than just continental breakfast. I do highly recommend. If I come back I would choose them again.
