::This hotel was really nice. The room was very the clean. We had free WiFi and breakfast. This hotel had lots of restaurants with in walking distance which is good if your not a fan of driving in the city. There is not pool here. And they only offer valet parking. I was very pleased with this experience. Only problem we had with the place was that my husband and I are young and felt that we weren't as welcome by other guests.

::This place deserves all the positive reviews it gets. Big rooms and I highly recommend the whirlpool tub option. The proximity to all of downtown is perfect and Cleveland Clinic visitors, this is ideal. The health line is literally outside the door of the hotel for a 20 minute ride to campus. Staff was outstanding. This was a wonderful stay.

::Our room was nice and VERY large. The continental breakfast was good, aside from being out of coffee. We tried calling to ask for extra towels several times and never got an answer. The bathroom was nice overall - good water pressure but the toilet didn't flush very well.

::I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Downtown Cleveland this passed week! Upon arrival my family and I were warmly greeted by valet. We walked into the entrance way and stopped to appreciate the beautiful vintage gold ceiling. This hotel used to be a bank! Check was a breeze! We were given our key cards and drink tickets for Happy Hour that was happening later that night. We got to our suite and happy to see it was nice and cozy. I loved the hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large windows. The beds were very comfortable as well. Later that night it was pretty chilly in the room. The heat didn’t seem to be working, so I called down to the desk and requested an extra blanket. The young lady at the desk ask if I had turned the heat on. I said yes. So she offered to send maintenance up to take a look at it along with a blanket. About 4 minutes later there was a knock at the door. Maintenance came in to looked at the thermostat and determined it needed to be reset. They left and came back and let me know it should be warm in the room very shortly. And it was! I really appreciated their quick attention to this matter. The hotel is in walking distance to many coffee shops, attractions, markets, and restaurants as well. I definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express on your next stay in Cleveland!

::The staff is very attentive and friendly. The hotel is older and could use some updates in the rooms but seems to be well maintained. Room 406 is spacious with a 20 foot sealing. Being well maintained and very close to the Quicken Loans Arena and Progressive Field as well as as everything else in downtown Cleveland makes this a great hotel in this area.
