  Terrible. Roach infested! Tried to get a refund but they refused. Please take pictures of your stay so you can dispute with your card company

  Amazing! Key kiosk was convenient, check in anytime & not have to wait at a desk. It was immaculate, gorgeously furnished, fluffy towels & every amenity you want in a studio apartment, all I needed to bring was me! Tons of space, beautiful view, plus gym, courtyard, dog run, tennis court- you name it they have it. Awesome TV channels. It was quiet, clean, & comfier than my own home. They even had sparkling water waiting. Affordable & location is near everything. Highly recommend & I'll be back!

  The pictures will get you. This place is disgusting they do not clean throughly. I saw a roach in the kitchen on my first day before I even brought any of food. Security does not greet you let alone make you feel secure. Bad communication all around but the day that I left they made sure to send links for reviews. They also STOLE my AirPods and brand new sunglasses I had. A joke. I’m certain that it was the housekeeping, I went down after checkout and about 20 min later realized that I didn’t have my AirPods. Went back up to the room, housekeeping was already there, giving me attitude and saying “they’re not here” I have the location on them and they were taken out of the case and the location is in the building! Save your money and go elsewhere.

  Somehow my review was deleted, so I am writing it once again. Barsala markets itself as a “new level of hospitality.” —which is no staff and a broken check-in machine. No one bothered to send us instructions. We called to figure out how to check in and waited for more than 10 minutes for the instructions, yet we were charged for parking before we even parked, and were checked in. Hall is dirty, with left garbage. I really wish the owner of this place would have experienced the discomfort we did before keep marketing this. It’s sad because the room itself is nice, and the view is great.
