  The is no variety in the store always have the same clothes at least the store is very organized and clean.

  This is one of the better H&M stores in Westchester. The layout is spacious and well organized. They have an upper and lower level and each level has it's own entrance/exit within the Galleria Mall.

  The staff was pretty friendly and it was clean and well merchandised the clothing is very affordable and trendy.

  Lost my purse and asked the manager if he could just notify the employees to keep an eye for it. They wear headsets because the store is so big so he didn't have to do any "footwork" while I scrambled looking for my bag it just would've been nice to know an employee might be folding clothes for example and find it before I do. The managers reply was "not my problem" he literally didn't lift his head to even look at me. (White bald guy didn't get his name, the store is a joke and it's pointless) I found it before anyone took it thank god.
