  I love this store, they have a wide selection of urban wear that's hard to find in the additional stores in the mall. cool staff, they are very hip and knowledgable of todays latest trends. Definitely one of my favorite stores in the mall #Against All Odds #A.A.O.

  I wouldn't go back to any of their locations even if somebody paid me to. Not only is the quality of their merchandise very poor but their so called "customer service" or rather lack of professionalism and disgusting attitude is not something one needs to endure considering the amount of PROFESSIONAL retailers available in malls and even online..The District Manager for their White Store (Cohen?) had more of an attitude when i spoke to him via phone than the sales associate at the store who was being extremely nasty and rude while refusing to exchange the defective sweatshirt i had bought 2 days prior, had receipt and everything.."Do you think you can walk into any other store in the mall and have them exchange or return something without the tags attached?" I said " umm, as a matter a fact -yes.. Macy's and even H&M as well as most other retailers have the decency to exchange or refund the customer for merchandise is defective and was only purchased 2 days prior." Her response "well, this isn't Macy's and we're not taking this back." After speaking to the District Manager whose only response (in a very nasty tone even though i was being very calm and reasonable) was "Ma'am, we cannot exchange or return this merchandise if the tags are not attached." When calling their "Corporate Office" (which is probably some warehouse or a garage in NJ) you CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ANY OF THEIR EXTENSIONS NOR LEAVE ANYONE A VOICEMAIL! I ended up calling their store in NJ and was told by the manager that my experience and phone # would be relayed to someone by the name of Walter (Regional Manager?), but as expected he never got back to me.
