  So supposedly there are two Quincy Tempros' in my neighborhood and when one decides not to pay his bill gets who receives an outrageous bill for over give hundred bucks? Yup, yours truly. I brought my last six months of bills, my last six confirmation of payment numbers and this months bill to this l ocation. I was next in line and I'd already prepared myself to hear some bull about the bill being mine and other crap. But I was not expecting such a wholehearted apology from Jennifer. She told me it was a computer glitch and they had already sent out a correspondence apologizing for the error and extending me a one month credit for the mistake. My bills are only twenty bucks a month so no big whoop.....but I happily accepted the apology and credit. Thanks guys. :o)
