A bite of wait before you get service. But the service is good. Great location.

Customer service is not communicative with clients, one speaks to them asking for help but they do not answer the questions, they only do what they think they know.

If there is a negative star, I would have left the negative star for their service. My iPhone was stolen a week ago in Europe. I went to their store just simply to replace the SIM card. The African American girl who took care of me made me so upset. First, I told her that I just looked for SIM card replacement. And then, she asked my number and info. Subsequently, she said I was eligible for a free tablet since I have been a loyal T-mobile customer. I never believe "free lunch thing". She guided me to a tablet session. The table was with no brand, listed price $144. I asked if it was completely for free. Then she replied me I had to pay for the monthly usage fee. I declined the "free offer". Hilariously, she brought me back to the counter and asked me if I have an iPhone to trade-in for the new iPhone 7. I thought I told her my visit to the store was because my iPhone was stolen. And then she asked me if any of my family members is currently using iPhone. All forceful sales, man. IN THE END, a T-moible SIM card costed me $25. NO JOKE. $25!!!! This place is a trap. Never go there for their service. You will waste your money and time there. August 24, 2017!

i had to said my experience with this T-mobile is awful, i went to the store just to purchase a iPhone 7 charger cord, the sales support rep try to persuade me to purchase a higher price one, which i refused. then I was gonna paid with cash, he said he can only take card in order to avoid the line. OK I was fine with it, then i pay with my card. And what's next, after i pay with my card i expect to get my receipt, they said THEY DO NOT HAVE RECEIPT. WHAT THE HELL ........I didn't even know how much they had charge me. I was gonna ask for a manager, but i was in a rush. I had been long and loyal customer to T-mobile. nothing like that had happen before.
