  Please do not give out your information. This is third party getting information about your social security to just make a decision about your benefits. However, they are not disability representatives. All this company does is start the application and then you would still need to apply. They do not nor are qualified to make any decisions about your eligibility. Do not speak to anyone that calls from Health Care Financial. Management Sucks and are so Rude and they are very unprofessional
